If I have a Zada, Hedron Grinder out with a Anax and Cymede and target zada with a Rush of Adrenaline does Heroic trigger?

No.
Heroic requires the spell to be cast in order to trigger. Zada creates copies of the spell, which are put directly on the stack and are not cast.
