How does Spawnwrithe interact with cipher?

I was told that if a creature token entering the battlefield that is a copy of a creature that creature is encoded as well. I encoded a Last Thoughts onto a Spawnwrithe. Would the copies of Spawnwrithe be encoded?

No. A copy effect only copies what's printed on the original object along with any copy effects or text-changing effects that apply to it. Cipher doesn't do anything copiable. The fact that the cipher spell is encoded on the original object is also not copiable.
