How does Momir Vig, Simic Visionary interact with clones?

If I cast a creature, Momir Vig, Simic Visionary checks for th color of that creature. Lets say i have a Maraleaf Pixie in play and play a Phantasmal Image copying it.

Will i get both effects, as the Phantasmal Image enters as a green and blue creature, or will i only get the second effect for the blue creature?

In Magic, "play" means "cast if it's a spell or play if it's a land." When Momir Vig, Simic Visionary says "Whenever you play a [color] creature spell," it means when you cast it.

Phantasmal Image doesn't take on the colors of the object it's cloning until it enters the battlefield, after it would have triggered any "when you cast" triggers. When you cast it, it's still just a blue creature spell, and thus will only trigger the second ability on Momir Vig, not the first.
