How does City of Traitors interact with Dimir Aqueduct

I'm wondering if I can pick up City of Traitors before sacrificing it

City of Traitors has received errata. Its first ability now reads, "When you play another land, sacrifice City of Traitors."
When you play Dimir Aqueduct, both Dimir Aqueduct's ETB ability and City of Traitors's first ability will trigger. Because you control both abilities, you choose the order in which they're put onto the stack. If you put City of Traitors's ability onto the stack first, you can bounce City of Traitors before you're instructed to sacrifice it.

You can stack the effects however you want, so you can stack it in such a way that you return it before it Sacs.
