How does Mystic Reflection and Living Death interact ?

Let's say I've got 5 creatures in my graveyard and a Gray Merchant of Asphodel in play :
1 - I target my Grey merchant with Mystic Reflection
2 - I cast Living Death , sacrifice my Grey Merchant and returns all my 5 creatures into play.
3 - How does Mystical Reflexion trigger resolve ?
- The dream : I've got 5 grey merchants dealing 50 damage to opponent
- The flop : Creatures are in someway sequenced when they enter the battlefield and only one i choose from is a copy of grey merchant
- The bonus : What about creatures my opponent summon from graveyard ?

The good news is your living the dream, all your creatures enter as Gray Merchant of Asphodel and the 5 triggers will drain each opponent for 50.
The bad news is, so do your opponents creatures. If this is during your turn ( Living Death is a sorcery after all) your opponents triggers will resolve first, possibly killing you or at least fortifying their life total.
