How does a top of the library tutor like mustical tutor and a spell copier like Reverberate work?

Mystical Tutor puts an instant on top of my library. If it is copied with say Reverberate or Mirari do I get to search for two intants and put them on top of the library or is it more literal where I search for an instant, put it on top, shuffle, then search for another instant, put it on top, and shuffle which means functionally I've only tutored on card?
And does this work similarly with all library tutors like Long-Term Plans?

You will have effectively canceled out your copy of the tutor. If you copy it, the copy will resolve first and you will put the tutored card on the top of your library. Then the original will resolve and you will shuffle your library after searching for the card (thereby shuffling in the card you previously put on top), and then putting the original tutor's card on too instead.

You always follow the instructions of the cards. You'll resolve the copy and get your card, then resolve the original and shuffle your first card away in the process.
