Hour of Need interaction with Akroan Crusader?

If i cast an Hour of Need that targets Akroan Crusader would i be able to target the created 1/1 solider as well before the spell resolves?

No. Heroic triggers when you fully cast the spell. Choosing targets is part of the casting process. Once the spell is cast you can't "go back" and change or add targets.
