Hofri Ghostforge and Anointed Procession

If a non-token creature I control dies while both Hofri Ghostforge and Anointed Procession are on my battlefield, are the tokens created both linked to that card, such that if either token leaves, I get the card back to my graveyard?
Hofri Ghostforge’s last ability is linked to the ability it grants the Spirit token. If a replacement effect causes you to create more than one Spirit token with this effect, they will all have that ability, and the exiled card will be returned to the graveyard if any of them leaves the battlefield. (My computer did funny things, sorry for the seperate posts)

Yes, the ability on each of the tokens will be referring to the card exiled to create them.
