HEROIC,PROWESS AND FEROCIOUS

If a have f.e. Akroan Skyguard on the battlefield and it has 2 +1/+1 counters on it if a cast Temur Battle Rage will ferocious trigger? Does the same thing happen for prowess if a have a creature with prowess and its power is 3 if i cast Temur Battle Rage?

First off, Ferocious doesn't trigger. In this case, it's an extra effect on the card that only happens if a condition is met as it resolves.

At any rate, the scenario you laid out works. An Akroan Skyguard, with two counters on it, is targeted by a spell you control. This triggers its Heroic ability, which gives it another +1/+1 counter. Assuming nothing else happens, it will gain the counter, the Battle Rage will resolve, and the Ferocious condition will be met by then, giving the Skyguard trample.

Just to clarify a bit, ferocious is checked on resolution, and since in both of those cases an ability trigger is added to the stack modifying the creatures power to be 4 or greater before the spell resolves, the ability will resolve first, and then the ferocious effect goes off.
