Help with Murder Investigation!

If i activate Gideon, Ally of Zendikar +1 ability making hima 5/5 creature and use Murder Investigation on it, does Murder Investigation triggers when Gideon 5/5 creature no longer exists on the end of the turn?

Murder investigation specifically triggers when the creature it enchants dies (meaning is being put into the graveyard from the battlefield). That means if Gideon is being put in your graveyard before he stops being a creature, it will trigger and you would gain 5 tokens. However, because he's indestructible, that would require his toughness to be 0 or less (for example because of Dismember), which means his power most likely will be 0 as well. The other common reason for that to happen would be you sacrificing him.

Normally, however, it would stop being a creature at the end of turn, and Murder Investigation would be seen by state-based actions as an aura enchanting an illegal permanent and would just "fall off" and be put in your graveyard without giving you any tokens.
