Grenzo, Dungeon Warden and Hangarback Walker

If Grenzo, Dungeon Warden enters as a 10/10, I use his ability and it drops Hangarback Walker into my graveyard, can I have Hangarback Walker enter as a 10/10, or would he stay in my graveyard?
To clarify, it would enter the battlefield as a 0/0 with no +1/+1 counters on it.

Grenzo, Dungeon Warden's activated ability only puts the creature onto the battlefield. It never modifies that creature's power. So, the Hangarback Walker (a 0/0) would be put on the battlefield by grenzo, but would then die the next time state-based actions are taken because its toughness is still 0.
TL;DR: No, it enters as a 0/0 and immediately dies.

You're thinking more of a creature like Pentavus that would stay alive because its enter the battlefield effect is giving it +1/+1 tokens.

It would be put onto the battlefield. Unless a static effect boosts its toughness, it will die immediately and go back to the graveyard.
