Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood stack order

Hi, i have Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood on board and i want to use her ability to cast Sandstone Oracle . Can i do it like the Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood 's ability go on the stack first then Sandstone Oracle , so i will draw to opponent hand size + 1 card from Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood ability ?
Or casting Sandstone Oracle with that green mana somehow "trigger" 2nd part of that activated ability, so Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood 's ability go on the stack after i put Sandstone Oracle on the stack?

Gilanra, Caller of Wirewood 's mana ability creates a delayed trigger that will go on the stack above the spell that triggered it. Your second scenario is exactly what happens.
