Ghost Quarter Sowing Salt

Stupid question im sure i know the answer, my opponent targets my Urza's Tower with Sowing Salt i crack Ghost Quarter targetting Urza's Tower do i keep my towers in my deck?

If a spell/ability has targets, it will be countered by the rules if all of its targets become illegal before it starts resolving. Sowing Salt only targets the one land on the battlefield, so the play you suggest will end up countering it.
