if you use General Tazri last ability does it give all ally's +5/+5 because she is 5 Color ally or not?

General Tazri is not a 5-color creature. a cards color is determined by its casting cost. Tazri is solely a white creature. so unless you control creatures of other colors as well, your allies would only get +1/+1.
