flipping Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip

lets say i have Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip and Despoiler of Souls out in play and i play Languish will liliana go to the gy or will she flip if i prioritize Despoiler of Souls dying first?
You can't prioritize anything dieing first when resolving Languish - every creature with toughness 0 or less will be put into the graveyard as a state-based action after Languish resolves. Liliana's ability will trigger, but it won't put exile her, because she's already left the battlefield.

Also, you cannot prioritize which dies first when dealing with mass kill spells like languish. The only thing you get to choose in this case would be the order in which the cards enter the graveyard, but that has not mattered in magic for many, many years.

Well it does matter recently I just played an abzan rally at a tournament and languished with a hauruspex flesh bag and satyr Wayfinder on the board and he got to draw from the hauruspex ability

you can cast another copy of Lili, choose to put it into the yard due to the legend rule, and the first Lili will see the 2nd one die and flip due to that.

Her ability will trigger because it will see Despoiler of Souls die, but by the time her ability has a chance to resolve, she will already be in the graveyard so it will do nothing.
