Flickering Question

Let's say I have Grizzly Bears in play, and Flickerform attached to him, I use Flickerform ability to flicker Grizzly Bears and then my opponent cast Shock targeting my Grizzly Bears, since Shock will resolve first, does my Grizzly Bears die before even flickering? Thanks!
Note that if you had enough mana, you would be able to activate Flickerform a second time to save the Grizzly Bears.

Yes it will die. The Bear will take 2 damage and die before the activated ability from Flickerform resolves.
