Final Fortune and Sundial of the Infinite

Would the lose the game part of Final Fortune happen if I ended the extra turn with Sundial of the Infinite ?

Nope! You’ll survive it. When the ability triggers, it goes on the stack. When you end the turn, the stack is exiled. It’s one of many different tricks to not lose the game.
