Fact or Fiction order?

On MTGO, when someone casts Fact or Fiction, they have to choose a opponent before the five cards are revealed, but I can't seem to find any ruling to show whether or not the cards get revealed before the opponent is chosen.

Any rulings for this that would clarify?

608.2c The controller of the spell or ability follows its instructions in the order written.

Technically you reveal the cards and then an opponent separates them into two piles. Because the spell doesn't target the opponent that makes the choice, you would specify a player when it comes time to have them separate the cards.
