Ezuri and Biowaste Blob

I'm looking to upgrade some of my EDH decks and I think Biowaste Blob could fit in my Ezuri, Claw of Progress deck. The question is, would I still get ETB triggers when I start getting 3+ copies of Biowaste Blob? At which point during the ETB effect does the lord effect kick in, would I get an experience counter or no? Thanks in advance

The first Biowaste Blobs would enter the battlefield as a 1/1, the second would enter as 2/2, third is 3/3, and on like that. You would get the experience counter for the first two, but any new Blobs coming in would have power 3+.
