ETB abilities and 0 toughness creatures

Does ETB abilities triggers if by any reason a creature enter the battlefield with toughness 0? For example, Heartless Summoning + Elvish Visionary.

Yes. The creature enters the battlefield when it resolves as a spell or when another spell or ability puts it onto the battlefield during another resolution process. This will cause ETB abilities to trigger as appropriate.

When the resolution process (for the creature spell or whatever spell or ability put the creature onto the battlefield) is complete, state-based actions are checked and the creature is put into its owner's graveyard for having 0 or less toughness. After that, the ETB abilities are put onto the stack.
