If I have Argentum Armor on a creature that was Act of Treasond could I destroy any permanent. If my opponent attacked with it including it self?

Yes.
You control the equipment, so you control the triggered ability (the ability's source is still Argentum Armor; it doesn't convey the ability to the creature like Livewire Lash does, for example). You choose the target.
