If i played Enduring Ideal and I have Sigil of the Empty Throne on the battlefield, would Sigil of the Empty Throne trigger and give a 4/4 token.

no, Enduring Ideal, puts the enchantment into play, so you never cast it, so Sigil of the Empty Throne never gets triggered.

Nope! This has kind of been answered above, but to be clear: there is a difference between casting something, and putting it into play. Casting something is playing it from your hand, spending mana to do so in a normal manner. Putting something into play would be having it enter by other means, as explicitly stated on the card.
