Enchantment's as creatures

when Sigil of the Empty Throne is a creature from Starfield of Nyx and becomes blocked and dies, does that enchantment go to the graveyard or does it just become an enchantment again?

A permanent with multiple types follows all of the rules for those types. If the permanent is a creature and receives lethal damage, then it is destroyed as a state-based action. The rules don't create a special case where a creature reverts to something else. This would require that Starfield of Nyx's ability somehow stop applying to it.

It goes to the graveyard. It acts just like a normal creature while it is on the battlefield.
