Enchanted evening and constellation

Enchanted Evening turns all permanents into enchantments, constellation triggers when an enchantment enters the battlefield ie. Setessan Champion. So the question is are those permanents enchantments when they enter the battlefield? Example I have both the aforementioned cards and I have Siona, Captain of the Pyleas in play and cast Shielded by Faith, starting a loop that generates as many creatures as I want. Do I then draw cards from setessan champion?

Polaris thankfully the loop can be ended at any point, but it is good to remember that the draw is not optional lol. I thought this was how it would work, so I'm glad I asked.

Yes. Enchanted Evening is a static ability, which means it applies to all permanents any time they are in play. Your Human Soldier tokens will be enchantments the whole time they're in play, so Setessan Champion will trigger for each one that enters.
Note that the card draw is mandatory, so if you don't stop the loop you will deck yourself.
