Elvish Archdruid and Copperhorn Scout

Asked by tasondag 8 years ago

Hey everyone, thanks a ton in advance for any help!

1) Does Elvish Archdruid's +1+1 effect only apply to elves that are already on the field, or does his effect apply for all future played elves as well (just as long as Archdruid is still on field obviously).

2) Does Copperhorn Scout's effect apply to those other creatures that just attacked with it? For Example: If I had an Elvish Mystic and a Copperhorn Scout on the field and I attacked, obviously they'd normally tap, but with Copperhorn's effect, would Elvish Mystic untap and be able to attack again? Or would it untap and be able to use it's own ability, either or?

1) As long as Elvish Archdruid is on the battlefield, your other Elves each get +1/+1, now matter when they entered the battlefield.

2) Copperhorn Scout will untap all tapped creatures you control (other than itself), no matter how they became tapped. It will untap an Elvish Mystic which produced mana earlier in the turn. However, unless something (such as Aurelia, the Warleader) gives you an extra combat phase, there is only one combat phase each turn, so simply untapping a creature doesn't allow it to "attack again".
