Elenda legality in EDH

Is Elenda, the Dusk Rose legal in Commander? Tappedout is highlighting it in a deck I'm building, but other online sources give me no reason to believe it is banned.Thanks

This is very likely a site-specific problem. Many new cards end up appearing illegal in some or all formats. I recommend posting in the missing/incorrect card forum for maximum visibility with those that might have a solution.
