Dryad Arbor & Soul of the Harvest triggers

If I put into play Dryad Arbor, will it trigger the ETB draw trigger off of Soul of the Harvest?

Yes, it will. If a card has multiple types, then it follows all the rules for each of those types and any effects that care about any of those types will care about that card. Dryad Arbor is a creature and will trigger Soul of the Harvest's ability.
