Dragonlord Silumgar and Eldrazi Obligator

So this last weekend I was playing a Standard tournament where I had a Chandra, Flamecaller in play that was stolen by a Dragonlord Silumgar. I had an Eldrazi Obligator in my deck which I unfortunately couldn't draw, but what would have happened if I did? If I steal his Silumgar, Chandra comes back to my control and returns to him on next turn? Or does she stay again in my control once Obligator's effect finishes?

If you use a Threaten effect on Dragonlord Silumgar his effect ends because your opponent lost control of him. When control reverts he is not re-entering the battlefield so there is no new effect to re-take control of Chandra.
