Doubt about sacrificing Seed Guardian by an opponent.

Hi, I have a doubt.

If my opponent takes control of Seed Guardian with Act of Treason and then sacrifices it with Altar's Reap, would the x/x token be created in my opponent's zone or in mine?

Thanks in advance. We have argued endlessly and tried to find the answer in the official rules, but we can't find the answer, we need a lawyer xD

The player controlling Seed Guardian would create the elemental token.

Relevant ruling: 603.3a A triggered ability is controlled by the player who controlled its source at the time it triggered (...)

Side note just in case it wasn't clear: because the opponent controls the triggered ability, it will count the creature cards in their graveyard, not yours.
