Does zaxara's ability trigger with suspend X costs?

Since suspend is an alternate casting cost, does Zaxara the exemplary trigger when used in combination with cards such as Fungal Behemoth or Aeon Chronicler, and if it does, does it trigger when you pay the suspend cost, or when the card is cast after you remove the last counter?

Zaxara, the Exemplary
Suspend is not an alternate casting cost. Suspend is three abilities represented by a single keyword. Additionally the mana cost is the cost printed in the upper right hand corner of most cards or along the left edge of a future sight bordered card. The mana cost does not change, regardless of if you paid it or an alternate casting cost. So even if an alternate casting cost contains an if the mana cost does not, such as on Starnheim Unleashed , Zaxara, the Exemplary will not trigger.
