Does Totem Armor Stack

If I play multiple forms of totem armor like Eel Umbra, Bear Umbra and Estrid, the Masked -1 ability, do their buffs stack, and when a creature is destroyed do I get to choose what get's removed or is it in a specific order? Thanks!

Only one Totem Armor will be removed each time the creature would be destroyed, and you get to choose which one.

Totem Armor works by using a replacement effect (you can tell by the use of the word "instead" in the text of the effect), and if multiple replacement effects could apply to the same event, the affected player or controller of the affected object chooses which one to apply. In your example that means if the enchanted creature would be destroyed, you choose which of the attached Totem Armor auras to apply to the event. Only the one you choose will be removed. The rest will stay because the creature is no longer being destroyed, so there's nothing for them to replace anymore.
