Does Support trigger Heroic?

If I cast Shoulder to Shoulder and have the Support 2 target two Favored Hoplites, does this count as the spell targeting the creatures and activate their heroics?

Yes, it will trigger heroic. Shoulder to Shoulder's Support 2 effect says the word "target", and it can "target" up to two creatures. So, if the two Favored Hoplites are targeted by the Shoulder to Shoulder, both of their heroic abilities will trigger.
