Does summoning sickness expires at the same time as the beginning of the upkeep? Context below:

My oponnent casts Visara the Dreadful on round 9. She cannot destroy yet.

I cast my Dragon Broodmother, while I have a Dragon Tempest on my field. But I only have 4 dragons, so I cannot destroy her (with the ability of Dragon Tempest) yet.

At the beginning of his turn: who needs to declare the abilities first? I need to choose which player or creature is getting the damage (from Dragon Tempest), or does he need to declare if he's going to destroy my dragon?

Does the token gets created?

Do they both get destroyed, because they all go on the pile and both resolve?

Triggered bilities get put onto the stack in APNAP order - active player first, then non-active player. But in this case, there's only one ability that triggers at the start of your upkeep - the Dragon Broodmother trigger.

So here's what will happen.

i) Broodmother triggers. The create token ability goes on the stack.ii) there's a round of priority. If there's anything you want to do, you can. If you don't, your opponent can do something.iii) Your opponent will tap Visara the Dreadful to destroy a creature. At this point, they have to choose one of your four dragons (assming you don't have any other creatures) or one of their own creatures.iv) priority again. Let's assume nobody does anything.

v) Visara's ability resolves, and one of your dragons gets destroyed.vi) Broodmother's ability resolves, and you create a 1/1 dragon token.

vii) When the token enters, both the devour trigger and the Dragon Tempest triggers go off. You can choose to stack them however you'd like. Assuming that the Tempest trigger resolves first, you'll be able to do 4 damage to target creature or player.

Thank you for your answer, although I would like to reassure something, then:

Resuming: I would be able to generate the token, and I would have 5 damage to direct to Visara. If she destroys a dragon, she would get 4, then? The damage is recalculated once the pile is through?

The damage is calculated on the resolution of Dragon Tempest's ability. If a creature is destroyed in response to Dragon Broodmother's ability as Named_Tawyny suggested the Tempest will see 4 creatures when it triggers and 4 creatures when it resolves. If your opponent tries to be clever and lets the broodmaster's ability resolve without response the Tempest will see 5 creatures when it triggers and if you target Visara the Dreadful they could activate her in response to destroy a dragon so the Tempest only sees 4 dragons on resolution so it would only deal 4 damage. Also, if you use the Devour ability of the token you might have fewer dragons.

Yes, X is calculated when the ability resolves.
