Does skipping turns stack?

If for example you use Magosi, the Waterveil's abilitie to skip turn twice on the same turn, will 2 of your next turn be skipped or will just one?

Two. If two effects tell you to "skip" the next of something they skip successive instances. If two effects say modify how something happens on the next of something, like two Sleeps on the same turn, then they refer to the same instance.
