Does Prossh Work with Boltwing Marauder?

So, Prossh, Skyraider of Kher states that the Kobold tokens enter the battlefield when cast. Is there any way to use Boltwing Marauder triggers from the tokens on Prossh?
My initial thought is no, since you have to resolve the Kobolds (and therefore +2/+0) before Prossh resolves.

honestly it doesnt matter either way. Why would you want to buff prossh if he wont have haste anyway? (however you can get that boltwing +14/0)

You're correct. Because the tokens are produced by a cast trigger, they'll ETB before Prossh resolves. This means that your Boltwing Marauder's ability will trigger before Prossh resolves. You have to declare the targets when the abilities are stacked, so you won't be able to declare Prossh as the target for any of them.
