Does Panharmonicon double Stonehorn Dignitary in 1v1?

If I have a Panharmonicon out, and play Stonehorn Dignitary, will my opponent skip 2 combats, or do the triggers hit the same conbat, so they only skip one?
From the Gatherer entry for Stonehorn Dignitary:
9/22/2011 If more than one Stonehorn Dignitary enters the battlefield during the same turn, and you target the same opponent with each ability, that opponent will skip that many combat phases (over multiple turns if necessary).

The triggers will stack and your opponent will skip two combats. The first trigger resolves to say your opponent skips their next combat. Then the second trigger resolves and doesn't see a combat on the next turn so it skips the next possible combat.
