Does Nyxbloom Ancient triple the mana that was used to initially cast it?

If I use Lotus Field and four other lands to cast Nyxbloom Ancient does nxybloom triple that mana as well or do you have to wait until you tap those mana producers again?

You have to wait until you next tap those mana sources. The static ability of Nyxbloom Ancient doesn’t come into effect until after its casting has been successfully resolved - which is well-after your lands were tapped for mana.
