Yes. As long as tapping the permanent is one of the costs, Nyxbloom Ancient applies to triple the mana. You'll get nine mana of any one color. See the ruling on Nyxbloom Ancient:
You’re “tapping a permanent for mana” only if you’re activating a mana ability of that permanent that includes the symbol in its cost. A mana ability produces mana as part of its effect.
Notably, cards like Urza, Lord High Artificer won't work with this effect because you're tapping a different permanent with Urza's ability while Urza produces the mana, which doesn't fit the requirement (it also doesn't use the symbol).
