Does Notion Thief stack?

If I have two copies of Notion Thief and activate an ability that would make my opponent draw a card (for this example, let's use Mikokoro, Center of the Sea), do I get to draw an extra card for each Notion Thief (a total of 3 cards), or does the replacement effect not stack like that?

You get to draw one card.
When multiple replacement effects try to replace an event the affected player or the controller of the affected permanent decides in which order those replacements happen. In this case two Notion Thiefs try to replace your opponents card draw and so they get to choose in which order those replacements happen. In the case of multiple Notion Thiefs it doesn't really matter since after the first one has replaced the card draw there's nothing for the rest of them to replace.
