Does Nether Void + Rooftop Storm work?

Quick question just to satisfy my curiosity: if I have a Nether Void and Rooftop Storm on the battlefield at the same time, do my zombies cost or do they cost ?

They cost 0, then void triggers and you pay 3 or the spell is countered.

Nether Void doesn't add an additional cost. It has a triggered ability that triggers when a player casts a spell. The ability will counter the spell unless the spell's controller pays . Because it isn't an additional or increased cost, it isn't factored into cost calculations, so cost replacements and cost reductions can't affect it.

Think of it as a Mana Leak on a triggered ability instead of a spell.
