Does Mentor of the Meek trigger multiple times with Avenger of Zendikar?

If I have a Mentor of the Meek in play, 7 lands and then play an Avenger of Zendikar, does that allow me to pay 7 mana and draw 7 cards (if I could afford it), or can it be done only once as all creatures enter the battlefield simultaneously?

Mentor of the Meek's ability triggers for each creature that enters the battlefield. For each of those 7 creatures, you can choose to pay or not.
