Does Mentor of the Meek trigger if a 1/1 enters and there is an anthem on the field?

Okay, so Mentor of the Meek and Spear of Heliod are on the field. I cast a Soldier of the Pantheon, which is a creature with two power or less as specified by Mentor of the Meek. Does Spear of Heliod make Soldier of the Pantheon enter as a 3/2 and prevent Mentor of the Meek's triggered ability?

Yes, Mentor of the Meek will not trigger for Soldier of the Pantheon in this situation (although it would trigger for a 1/1 as in your question topic). When there's an anthem effect on the field creatures affected by that anthem enter with that anthem, i.e. there is never a time the creature is not affected by the anthem between the spell resolving and the creature being on the battlefield.
