Does Long-Forgotten Gohei reduces changeling cards mana cost ?

If I have a Long-Forgotten Gohei in play, and I want to cast a Shapesharer , how many mana do I have to pay to play it ?

Same question with a Long-Forgotten Gohei and a Nameless Inversion .

Arcane isn't a creature type, so even though those spells have every creature type they still don't get the cost reduction applied to them.
