does into the wilds still bring lands into play tapped

Into the Wilds with Vivid Grove for example, I'm curious if it gets around the tapped mechanic through some weird loop hole like how Sun Titan can slide enchantments onto hexproof creatures

Sun Titan can "slide" auras onto untargetable creatures because of special rules governing auras entering the battlefield when not cast. You'll note it has nothing to do with rules text explicitly defining what it does, that's simply what happens when auras hit the battlefield and they aren't cast.

Vivid Grove enters the battlefield tapped because that's what the card says it does. In this case we have rules text to define behavior. Unless there is further instruction/interaction from the ability putting it into play or another card (like Amulet of Vigor) that's exactly what it will do, no matter where it enters the battlefield from.
