Does Dawn give me back creatures with *Star* power?

If I cast Dawn with its Aftermath ability from the graveyard, would I get back, say, Dungrove Elder and similar cards?
For a creature whose power can't be defined while it's not on the battlefield (like Sewer Nemesis) it is considered to be 0. For something where it can (like Dungrove Elder) it is whatever it's defined to be.

Dungrove Elder (and other creatures with * power) have their power defined even when not on the battlefield. If you control 2 or fewer Forests, Dungrove Elder will return. If you control 3 or more, it will not.
This is in contrast to cards like Akiri, Line-Slinger, whose power is 0 in any zone other than the battlefield.
