Does crewing a vehicle trigger the evolve ability?

For instance, if Clinging Anemones is used to crew Sky Skiff (and becomes an artifact creature) will Clinging Anemones evolve ability be triggered?

Nope.

Evolve triggers only when a creature enters the battlefield. It will not trigger due to a permanent becoming a creature, whether it's through Crew or otherwise.
