Does Bull elephants trigger allow itself as a target if it’s a forest?

Let’s say I have Yedora, Grave Gardener and a free sac outlet such as Spawning Pit, would I be able to play Bull Elephant in response to its trigger sacrifice it then return the forest it becomes as the trigger resolves.
Yes, because its trigger does not target. If it did return "two target Forests," you'd have to select your targets when it came into play and you couldn't change them after that.
As worded, however, you pick two Forests when the trigger resolves, so if you've made your Bull Elephant a Forest by then you can return it just fine.

As far as I see, yes it would work, because it’s a triggered ability so you can sacrifice in response and make turn it into forest, which is what the ability wants
