Does Blood Moon or Magus of the Moon affect dual lands?

I am talking about lands like Blood Crypt, Breeding Pool, Hallowed Fountain, etc. Would I still be able to tap for either land or is it still mountains?

Yes, effects like Blood Moon and Magus of the Moon replace ALL of the characteristics of the card with just the ones listed. A Madblind Mountain would become a Mountain, just a Mountain. It would lose all of its abilities, and become nothing but a mountain.

They are just Mountains. Blood Moon and Magus of the Moon affect all non-basic lands, this includes any land that does not very specifically have the "Basic" type in its type line.
As of current, the only cards printed with the Basic type to my knowledge are: Wastes, Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, Forest, Snow-Covered Plains, Snow-Covered Island, Snow-Covered Swamp, Snow-Covered Mountain, Snow-Covered Forest
