Does ashiok stop nexus shuffle

I’m pretty sure it does but I’ll check anyway just for clarity
If Ashiok, Dream Render uses her -1 and mills a Nexus of Fate would the nexus shuffle before the second part of the ability resolved?
I think that it shuffles because the nexus triggers first , shuffling, the resumes with the remainder cards milled like eldrazi

Also, you must resolve Ashiok, Dream Render 's ability fully before anything else can happen. If Nexus of Fate was, for example, the second card milled, you would continue the mill to fully resolve the effect before shuffling Nexus of Fate back into your library.

Nexus of Fate will shuffle.
Ashiok, Dream Render will put the top four cards into the graveyard, however Nexus of Fate 's replacement effect will shuffle it into its owner's library. It will never hit the graveyard.
614.1a Effects that use the word “instead” are replacement effects. Most replacement effects use the word “instead” to indicate what events will be replaced with other events.
As far as eldrazi go, they will be exiled by Ashiok, Dream Render . Since you must resolve the ability completely before any triggered abilities are put onto the stack, eldrazi like Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre will be exiled before they can be shuffled into its owner's library. Note Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre 's ability is NOT a replacement effect.
608.2j If an instant spell, sorcery spell, or ability that can legally resolve leaves the stack once it starts to resolve, it will continue to resolve fully.
