Do Koma, Cosmos Serpent's first activated abilities resolve even if he is removed from play?

In a recent game, I activated Koma's first ability to tap down an opponent's commander as combat started. He responded with Deadly Rollick to which I responded by activating the first Koma ability to target a different creature of his. Does the first Koma activation fizzle due to Koma being exiled?

You can use double square brackets around a card's name to create a reference link. It's the best way to make sure everyone understands what's going on in your question: Koma, Cosmos Serpent , Deadly Rollick

Both instances of the ability you activated will resolve.

Once an ability has been activated (or triggered) and is on the stack, removing the original source won't do anything to take the ability off of the stack. If the ability needs to know any information about the source (power, color, etc.) to determine its effect, it will use information from the last moment before the source got removed.
